Recently installed TST twins box stacked with Bully Dog Crazy Larry program. With BDCL set on extreme and the TST power level set on any number I'm hearing alot of chatter up front whick I can only assume are the injectors going crazy. Anyone else having this same problem? Just found out they offer a new adjustable timing feature to turn the timing off which is what I think is causing the chatter. Anyone have any input?

I have the TST and Bullydog downloader. I have to say it is very nice for lower power and then the tst takes over from mid to high. I run my bully dog on performance and my tst no higher than 4/4.

You probably have too much timing if you account for the 12 degrees the tst is adding with the bully dog and dropping rail pressure. If I were you I would probably do the following:

Get the tst upgraded with the manual timing upgrade.

Run the bullydog on performance mode and the tst no higher than 4/4

If you really want some power with the TST and bddl get a fass 150 and stage 1 cp3 from Industrial Injection. This will keep fuel at the injection pump and the stage 1 upgrade will keep you from dropping rail pressure. Your sounds from your engine will quiet down with these two additions.

Hope this helps... Just my . 03 cents worth

I agree, too much timing when you use the CL program and the TST

I just had the truck dynoed and watched the rail pressure on each run. Pressure went up to 25,000 psi every time and never dropped. Already running the FASS 150 pump. I was already planning on sending the TST back for a reflash for manual timing control. I expected alot better numbers but I still dynoed 550 hp and 1029 torque. I'm thinking that my stock cp3 and injectors are holding me back now.

that 550 horse power is awesome.

I just got finished with my Silver bullet install. I have not dynoed yet but I wonder with my fass 150, silver bullet, stage 2 cp3, 3 flow injectors what kinda horsepower and torque I would yield.

Anyway, back to the thread, I think that if you could bring the bullydog down to performance mode with the tst stacked, Your timing noise would subside some.

Got the CP3 stage 2 Pump from Industrial Injection. Call and speak to Brady . . He will hook you up . Very great products
