Went to leave work this evening and noticed the lack of power. Then looked at the controler and nothing was on. I have the model without gauges. I checekd all the plugs, ground, and power wires out of the fuse box. Anyone else had this problem?

Are you sure you have power getting to the box? Do you have a tester so you can check for voltage? Also there are some fuses inside the box that may have popped. First thing to check is voltage.

yeh, he needs to check to make sure there is power getting to the red and orange wire. I had a loose connection at my fuse tap one time that caused mine to act up.....

However I think the truck would not run at all when that happened.

That leads me to believe it is probably more likely to be something in the box. Hopefully a fuse.

There is no power coming out of the plug that comes out the main box to the controller. All of the fuses inside the main box are good. The main box is gettign power, because with the metal cover off it there is a few led lights on the circuit board. They are lit up. Both wires coming out of the fuse box are hot when running. I took the controller apart and none of the wires were loose. I don't know how to take the main box apart to see where wires are soldered to the board.

The main box is snap locked together on the end. You squeeze the locks and slide it apart, if memory serves me correct. However I don't know how far I would go into it. At this point they will probably warranty it, but if they see it has been tampered with, they might not.

Yea, I will call TST in the morning. I didn't want to get any further into the box either. Hopfully they warranty it. I am going to miss it while it is gone.

Thanks for the help

I wouldn't see any reason why they wouldn't warranty it. They are a good bunch of people and have always stood behind their products in the past.

Mine did the same thing when i put it on the truck from what i've been told the wiring harness's have had some problems. they sent me an all new parts cause i paid for a second box until my original got back there for them to refund my money.

the fuses are under the cover plate that is held on by the 4 screws on top the box. they are for the injectors ( 6 of them) the other fuses are the ones that you tapped into on the power distribution box.
