Tube that goes on rear fule filter drain.

Hey just a little question the tube that goes on the drain does anyone leave it on there and just tie it up somewhere.

What size tube are you using? I'm betting most take it off after draining. I think Brockman mentioned it was 3/8" ID?

Yes HorseMan-AR 3/8" ID. I looked a Brockman's pics. I thought that would be the way others do it. I would never know the answer if I don't ask. Thanks for the reply.
