Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Tubro leaks oil.

Hello to all, my turbo has been leaking oil for some time I guess. it looks like it is between the exhaust and intake of the turbo down at the bottom and runs down the bracket for the vacuum canister. is this something that a diy can fix?. Thanks for your help.

The Truck is a 1996 Dodge Ram Cummins 199000 miles, auto trans,4x4,basically stock. TST #6 Plate.

Sounds like a seal gone bad. Not sure if a novice needs to attempt repair. Also some probably going thru the turbo.

it is leaking where both parts meet, looks like a seal has gave up sealing.turbo spins free,very little play in it,still tight.
