Just recieved my new end links and talk about Beffy. These parts are huge compared to the stock ones. Looks like they are adjustable also. As I've already installed a 2 inch leveling kit do I need to adjust the end links to compensate??????

No adjustment was necessary. Installed them this evening. Straight fwrd and easy. Noticable difference also. Didn't know how bad the stock ones were till I hammered them out. Bent, corroded, shot.

UPDATE! Found the left sway bar end link shearded in half at the bottom mount. Have not, repeat, I have not hit anything hard enough to due this type of damage and realy don't use the 4 wheel drive except to get the trailer out of pasture when it's been raining. Ordering some BD end links tonight. See if they'll last longer than 2 years???

Recieved BD's sway bar end links from Thorough Breed Diesel. The outside of the box had my name and address on it but the ship to label on the order form inside had someone elses address on it in California. HA, HA, HA. Before installing these make sure they will fit. After talking with Vic at BD he directed me to page 3 of the instructions and there as a note it does say you may need to enlarge the stock hole on the factory braket that is on the axel to accomedate the new bolts. This is not a straight forward installation. Make sure that you have a good vise or a machine shop with press close by. After lots of grease and the use of my little vise, (as my small town has no shop) and a lot of pounding, both links were together and ready for install. Put them all the way together before trying to install the individual components. The u-bracket portion needs to be spread out to get the bushings inside them. With lots of grease and a large socket that the bushings can fit into, installation of bushings into and through the end link into the socket is fairly easy. The u-brackets were the hardest. After removing the Tuff Country links with the hemi joinsts that I installed 2 years ago, the one that was still intack showed signs of shearing also. See previous post on sheared link. Hopefully these will last longer than 2 years.
