Competition Tulelake Pulls Sept 11

If there is anyone around that can come and pull we could really use you. They want to shut us down because they say there is not enough poeple doing it. So we need some more diesel pickups to come here and pull. There should be 4-5 in the local mod. class so if some of the big boys could come up that would be great. and anyone else.

Scott i'm not sure on classes but I know there will be a local mod atleast 8000lbs because that is what i pull at and there is three other that are at that class for sure. The thing starts at 7:00 pm so the wiegh in time will be 11:00 to atleast 5:00 pm. I will keep you posted if you would like.

thanks guys we really need all the trucks we can get. The people up here haven't seen too many diesel trucks pull. So it should help.

Pulling this one back to the top (pun intended). We are within the week and I've heard nothing new about it. I plan to attend and probably pull but do we need to sign up somewhere or just show? How about some directions..... since Tulelake is such a big place and all I wouldn't want to get lost. Have to send up some smoke signals to get my bearing :-laf

Directions for you Scott are find your way to Hwy97 south, follow it to KFalls, go south of KFalls about 10 miles (still on 97) to Stateline Road, turn east on Stateline, follow it to Hatfield (there is a Les Schwab there, and it's the only stopsign after you turn east off 97), turn south on Hwy 139, follow to Tulelake (about 4 miles). Exit 139 into Tule and the fairgrounds are at the south end of town on the west side of the main drag through town.

Sweet, sounds easy to find "Fairgrounds" was the word I hadn't heard yet. With that information anyone in town can tell me where I'm going.

if you drive through town more than twice, and can't find it, you're doing something wrong. It's right across the street from the High School, and what is called the "Honker" which is a new complex that sits right on the corner... . you can't miss it if you make it to Tule.



Maybe PM Jim and see if he'll give you his cell number. He lives right along the route you'll be taking into town so he could lead you there easily if he's not out working (hahahahaha... . oh man, that's funny! Jim out working... . hahahahaha!) (sure hope the above Jim is lyman and he just changed his name. )

Once you hit Klamath Falls follow the mariachi music, you'll definately find tulelake.





I'll be there to cheer you guys on. I'll see if I an get acouple strokers to come pull too.

Do you know Kirk Cunningham at all Zach? He'd definitely go pull after coming in 2nd in Klamath to Denis and w/ Denis not gonna be there, he's got a chance to win (Jim should smoke him though, I'd hope at least).

I heard Tyler just had some top end repair and new head gaskets put on his 6. 0, might not want to flog it so soon. Hell I think I could hang with Cunningham from a stop lol.
