:) Well I finally got the TURBO AIR GUIDE installed. (Thanks (Car Nut) -Dave).

Could not tell about improved power but WOOOOOO what a MPG improvement

From what I can tell I am getting some where between 1. 5 to 2 mpg better.

Soon I will know for sure because I also installed the FUEL TANK VENT KIT

(Thanks Dave Kelly) What an unbelievable improvement.

Filling up fast and loving it. ;)

We have found that the TAG-III in the new Dodge does seem to work better if the directional vanes in the elbow leading into the turbo are left in place. These vanes must be modified by cutting off about 1" so that the plastic vanes do not touch the TAG-III. The vanes help to get the intake air to turn the corner towards the turbo.

Dodge will see this post and a LIGHT will go on and by MAGIC they will be in the upper elbow for 2006. Thank heavens for TDR! ;)

Are the vanes you are talking about also known as the "silencer ring" that many people are removing so they can hear turbo whistle?

Anybody know where a guy could get his hands on one of those white vane thingys? Ya know, just in case they were mistakenly eliminated/destroyed when removing the silencer baffles. Not that anybody would do such a thing, certainly not myself that's for sure.

No, the vanes are a seperate part located right in the bend of the rubber elbow with various lengths and made of white colored plastic.
