turbo bark 3rd to 4th shift

i have a 2004 with 48RE auto when it is at 2000 rpms and shifts from 3rd into 4th the turbo barks is it the shift timing or a voltage drop in the trans

That is from the crappy torque converter that is revving so high and then hits lock up. Mine did that until I had DTT fix it

Mine does it some when towing only.

Hasn't seemed to be a problem though.

My stock turbo didn't do it with the stock transmission or with the DTT. The sps66 however does it routinely.

My truck used to do the turbo bark thing with my quadzilla race box when shifting on my 48re also. I have since installed the bullydog power pup and have not heard it since when shifting. coobie Oo.

My stock turbo would bark after my tc/trans upgrade when shifting to OD at 2/3 throttle. My SPS66 will bark all the time if I am too agressive with the throttle. It will bark even with all boxes/downloader set to stock.

NO IT HAS SUN COAST CONVERTER HIGH PREFORMANCE CLUTCHS BILLET INPUT AND OUT PUT SHAFT OVER HAULED VALUE BODY AFE AIR INTAKE STAGE 1 KELDERMAN FOUR LINK LIFT KIT AND I USE ALL LE OILS BUT IT STILL BARKED WHEN IT WAS STOCK SHIFTING FROM 3RD INTO 4TH GAER AT 2000RPM
