all right guys.



Need help on this decision please, my setup is in sig I know I'm 500hp if not allittle over with this setup once the right turbo is on.



I am trying to decide what turbo is best I pull a cargo trailier every day, so take that in mind plus a 6,000 lbs boat and trailier to lake michigan every couple weekend, so turbo has to spool some what easy put needs to push air to cool egt and build good boost.



I was concidering maybe the S300 not sure though? I will be looking for used one due to the fact not alot of money at this time to buy new since I just did new HTS transmission and injectors dv's and right now fire ring and studs all in the last three weeks.



Any suggestions would be appricated.

I would suggest something with a 12cm or (. 7) housing for the 12V. The tighter housing will hurt you on top, but will help you with your auto and smoke control on the bottom. I am running an HTB2 62/12 on the 24V in my signature and I can push 400HP towing 13000 lbs with almost no EGT problem(if I lug it in 6th it approaches 1300) You can't go wrong with the S300 based hybrids.

ok guys I reworded the first post allitte in hopes to get some more replies please take time to read and let me know what you think.
 
I'm not sure you will be quite a 500HP with a single turbo with the mods in your sig (I'm not sure how big your stick are) but that's ok because you would not be able to use 500hp and tow at that HP with any single turbo.



If you go to an S300 hybrid I think the 62/. 7 is the best bet for your use of the truck. It will probably not cool as well as you may be hoping for but it may be the best choice of towing turbo for you.
 
The 62/12 is a good turbo. Your injectors are similar to DDP4's, so they are pretty potent. Sounds like you are around 450 HP, a good level for a 62/12 but won't leave much room if you plan to upgrade in the future.

Whatever you do don't get the regular S300G (super B, HTBG, ETC), way not enough turbo for you!
