After seing that the 6. 7 turbo will be aided in cooling by liquid coolant, I had an idea. Has anyone taken the oil line off the turbo, run it through an oil cooler (like an aux transmission cooler) then back to the turbo? Just seems like a good idea, but I could be wrong. what ya'll think?

Great idea!

But why not let it run through the cooler first, then the turbo, then let it dump back into the pan? That would cool these big, high performance turbos off a little.

Thats what I ment actually, take the feed line off the turbo, then run it through the cooler, then back to the turbo. The dump side of the turbo would not change.
