In Issue #68 on page#33 in highlighted bold print Editor's Note is mentioned a "Turbo Diesel Buyer's Guide which is 250+ pages and is in PDF form at the TDR website. I am having trouble finding this link on the website and I wanted to look at it. Can you point me in the right direction please?
