Turbo Diesel Lifesaver Problem

Just finished installing a Turbo Diesel Lifesaver on our '02. Moved it from '99 before trading. Works fine but brake and ABS lights came on when first started. Speedo and cruise control also work so I don't think it is sensor in diff. Anyone have an idea and is there a way to clear the lights on dash without a dealer visit?
