Hello and thanks for reading. After hearing a rattle when shutting down the massive 6 banger, I decided to search out the source. Upon my intense investigation it revealed that the exhaust flange bolts are gone!! The turbo portion is threaded but what thread size do I need?? I have a after market exhaust and some other mods and maybe the extra power caused them to work loose. Speculation on my part for the last. Thanks!!

I checked my '95 6BT5. 9 Parts catalog.

4 Studs Cummins p/n 3818823 (no size listed)
4 Nut, Hexagon Flange Cummins p/n 3818824
Size listed: M10 x 1. 50

If your turbo mounting flange is threaded, then D/C must have changed it since '95. The above info might not be any help.

You could try Metric thread M10 x 1. 50

Those could/should be them.

It is a 10mm but I think it is 1. 25 on the thread, the length is about 2" or 51mm. bg
