Archived turbo help

is there anyone in sw Pennsylvania that would be willing to help a friend of mine out. he is having a problem with his turbo. he has to be back at work (U. S Coast Guard) in Toledo on Wednesday morning and wont be able to make it if he doesn't get this problem fixed. thanks richard
