Turbo Impeller issue...

When I took the air filter hose from the filter to the turbo off, I noticed a small piece missing on the impeller right under the nut that holds the impeller on. The impeller spun as usually not touching, very minimal play. When I changed the oil 4200 miles ago I did not notice that little chunck missing. How much will it put the impeller off balance? Where would that little piece go? (I will try to put a picture later). Truck is running fine... Anyone got any ideas or thoughts or have seen this happen before?

Right next to the nut?



(it can't be under the nut as you would not notice that unless you lupped the nut off)
