 Anyone have leaks/oil moisture from the turbo oil return line/hose into the block? What are the fixes, what pages in the Chrysler manual show how to fix? I have found wet oil at the bottom of the block/oil pan on the right side of the engine, otherwise my engine is pretty clean.

One of the most common causes of that type of leak is the piece of rubber hose, located at the end of the metal downpipe tube.

Either the clamp(s) are loose, the hose has failed, or both.

Remove the large air inlet tube to the front of the turbo, and look down below and in back of the oil filter.

Check that out first before looking for anything more complicated or expensive.

You might also want to feel the "downpipe" from the bottom of the turbo too, does is show sign of oil running down? If so then the gasket may be bad, or the bolts have loosened off. Things loosening up on the trucks happens alot due to the vibrations, that includes grille bolts, rad bolts, and all sorts of things.....

I also noticed the general 'old' look of the hose when I was in there - a new one and better clamps are on my own to-do list.

Also, I pulled the ex manifold and turbo off when I tapped the manifold flange for the pyro because I had to replace the exhaust manifold gaskets and turbo flange gasket, and in the process I had to unbolt the oil return tube. Doing that disintegrated the tube gasket, and though they are available from Mopar I didn't have time to order one. So I made one out of a 'roll' of gasket material from local parts store, punched the two holes and center return line, and bolted it right back up. No leaks on the trip afterwads to Yosemite, about 5 hrs each way. I will replace with a factory made gasket next time around, but for now it seems to be fine.
