Turbo rebuild

What do i need to rebuild my stock turbo, and what are the procedures? Is there anything difficult about doing this, and is there a rebuild kit for the turbo.

I've never had a Holset turbo apart, but from the looks of all the ones I have seen they are VERY similar to the Garrett style turbos that I'm familiar with. When taking it apart, be sure your work area is completely clean... and pay careful attention to what/when/how/why/etc. each part goes... . slow and steady wins this race... . take your time.

If you decide to rebuild it... . you MUST have the rotating assembly balanced at a shop that specializes in turbos.
