turbo rebuild

What's the best place to get a turbo rebuilt in the southeast? I'm from KY and need to get an H1C off of a 90' rebuilt and it needs to be fairly quick.
Also, is there a K&N filter for the 90'model? Would like a little more turbo whine and a little more power.
