Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) turbo replacement

i haave a 2002 dodge with a banks power pack kit the truck has 220k miles and we blew the turbo and i need a replacement turbo but i would like to get a turbo with more air flow and still use the banks waste gate if possible or is there a better combo and still be able to use the banks exhaust brake

Don't go overboard. Too much turbo will make you miserable. If you were happy before I would suggest just a reman unit direct from Cummins.
