Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Turbo roll down?

Ever since I put a BHAF on, the turbo winding down after I shut down has been very noticable.

I idle for at least a minute (when NOT under a load) and the post turbo temp is under 300.

Is this normal?

I noticed it too when I first put the BHAF on. I think it's a comforting feeling. Oo.

Ditch the cheapo paper filter, and REALLY hear the turbo with an AFE

or other cotton filter...



It makes the difference between night and day! not trying to sell AFE, but I think I would know, as I have one, and pull lots of loaded miles with one... only complaint: I cant keep it clean long enough! this time I made it 22,000 miles between cleaning intervals! New record!
