Turbo Size??

I am about to order a new 3500 and my question is this: Which engine has the biggest turbo ETC or ETH?

Can someone tell me the different size turbos on these trucks?

Actually, it's:

ETC:
2001 Auto = HY35/9cm2
2001 5 or 6-spd = HX35W/12cm2

ETH:
2001 6-spd = HX35W/10cm2
