Turbo temp monitor

Does anyone know of a turbo temperature monitor that monitors temperature downstream of the turbo for shutdown? I would like to have one for shutdown instead of using a timer.

Thanks guys, that is exactly what I am looking for. I had one on a Powerstroke I used to own but I could not remember where I found it.
