Also I am not sure what the whining noise is at 38-40 psi? Anyone know?

y are the EGT's so high under low boost? and what do they go to when you are boosted?

They will slowly go to 1500 under hard boost. Kinda like the stock hx35 but the hx will hit 1600. .

that high pitch noise is most likely boost leaking past a boot. I have forgotten to tighten the hose clamp on the boost hose going to the intake horn and it sounded almost identical to that. Look for a split or a hose clamp that is not tight enough
