Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) turbos?

Can anybody pioint me to a page or list of stock dodge turbos 12v and 24s autos and manual? I have three diff trucks in the fam and would like to know what turbos they started with. 95 auto 96 5sp w/ mods and a 99 auto thanks.
