Turn Signal Failure HELP!!!

My turn signals just stopped working yesterday. I drove it from Dallas and they worked fine. I got home and turned off the truck and then 20 minutes later got back in it to go get some grub and they were not working. I've tried putting a meter on the leads that come out of the steering wheel and I'm getting nothing. I replaced the flasher and still nothing. I put the starter relay in and the hazards would just stay solid, but the turn signals wouldn't work. I'm tempted to take it to the local dealership but I put the Muth Signal Mirrors and Evan's 6-way turn signal conversion, and I would rather not have to pay for the repair. Any of you guys have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Check all ( ALL ) your bulbs. The Rams will do real off the wall stuff when a bulb goes south. Put a meter across the bulb to verify resistance of the filamint.
