Turn signal issues?

Has anyone had a problem with your turn signals? When i change lanes and cancel the signal goes to the opposite side and i sometimes have to step on the brake to make it go out.

In case your not aware, there is a function on the turn signal switch that allows the signal to flash 3 times when you just bump the switch. Move the switch, but dont move it far enough to "lock" in turn position and release it and you will see it flashes 3 times. When your cancelling the switch maybe your hitting the other direction hard enough to flash the other direction...
