I have not looked in the D/C shop manual yet  , I thought I would ask here first, the knowledge here is so comprehensive... Turn signal does not cancel for left turns only, works fine to the right. Thanks in advance for any steps in getting it to work again:D

Plastic problem. Part of the thing has broken, replacement is the solution. Four way flashers on mine don't work, same solution.

Probably the "combo" switch. The tech. manual calls it a multi-function switch. You can get them at any dealer - they are used in most Chrysler products so are easy to come by and easy to change. The screws that hold it on to the steering colum are locking torx screws - just a torx bit with a hole in the center. Can't remember what mine cost - it's been a while. The problem with mine was that the high beam came on and stayed on whenever I started my truck.

I think these are called "tamper proof" torx screws. I know Snap on has the tamper proof tools ... not sure if you can by them at Sears... . never looked.

Hey it wasnt behind the counter
:-laf :-laf

My thoughts to Daniel. If its behind the counter I don't need it.

Just about any parts store will have the tamper proof torx bits. Some call then high security bits also.

No Cancel...

Thank you guys! I'll look into the torx-bit, I have some, but never noticed any holes:-laf (except in Hollyweird). Do I have to remove the steering wheel? I'll call the ******* to check the price$...

Patrick :D

You do not have to remove the steering wheel. The plastic that covers the switch has three screws on the bottom that hold it together just remove them then the two halves and you can see the switch. It's an easy job.
