My turn signal won't work now! If I'm lucky sometimes they'll blink once or even a few times if the truck is warmed up good. Anyone ever had this? I haven't. There's probably some "thingy" on the fuse block that needs replaced or just kicked and thrashed like I have to do for the heat fan to work. Any suggestions? I'm to lazy to try and figure it out(as I have do do that type of crap all day at work)

Wirenut,
It sounds like your turn signal flasher went out. It's that round thingy above the #1 fuse in your fuse box. A good way to check this is to swap it out with the other round thingy on the R/H side. This is your Hazard flasher. After swapping it out, check your turn signals. If they operate normally and your hazard flashers are slow, you found your problem. About five bucks at most auto parts stores.

Yeah, I kicked and slammed my fuse block around and they worked for a minute but the "thingy" still needs replaced. Thanks for the confirmation.

Good description DJP!! #ad

Wirenut, I tend to agree with DJP that the flasher has taken a dump. Another thing to check is to make sure all the light bulbs are working. The flashers need the resistance from the lamps to work properly. Most of the time if a light burns out the flasher goes into high speed. Just a thought on this.
