Hi folks

recently had trans. problem. Howard Durand said it might be tv cable adjustment. Finally got around to checking it out and he says 1/8 to 1/16 play in cable at trans. Mine is 3/8 to 1/2. can tou adg. cable up near pump at rod with theads and jam nuts or is there another way. s leon

The adjustment is done at the top,but checked at the bottom

The lever you are talking about is the pressure regulator at WOT it should be at or near the max rearward pos. this is what regulates the pressure in the trans at diff speeds.
