Banks monster exhaust installed!!!!

Antifreeze availability?

I have a Mopar (Jacob) exhaust brake on my '99 3500 5 speed that has begun to sing to me when engaged and slowing. It also calls to me with a low whistle or chirp when at idle. This situation has been with me for a couple of years with only a slight chirp but recently has become more prevalent and obnoxious, especially when at idle at a signal. :{ It stops when the RPM is increased with throttle pedal or it is switched off. So... ... . wassup?

I would guess a exhast leak first. I have seen the gasket at the turbo blew out to make a singing whisle.

Mine was the turbo gasket. Would do it at idle and lower RPMs. If the EGTs were high (800+) it would go away. One morning I had a look while it was whistling and saw the leak at the turbo gasket. Cheap and easy to replace.
