I have been trying to do some research on twins and looked through a butt load of post and have not found many posts that had links to places selling turbos or maps for different turbos I am thinking about trying to make my own twins but have a long road of research to do before the project even starts. Any body have some links I can look at??

I have been looking at different pics of twin set ups and it seems there two ways to do it? 1 is fresh air in the small turbo feeding bigger or 2 fresh air in bigger turbo feeding the smaller turbo.

I must be crazy!

There is now a WEALTH of knowledge if twins around. The part that is most often needed that is also most often done wrong is the sizeing of the turbos. Most people that make twin kits can size them well, but wont unless you buy from them. now days it is even harder with the B-1's and such not having any maps at all.

There are some links if you search,

Hope these help.

Twins a pretty good setup, housing sizes is something you have to play with. You big turbo is sucking in the fresh air. The small turbo (primary) is what gets it all going. There a couple different designs. The easiest would probably to run a wastegated 16 cm (hx-35) and have the exhaust of that feed into the big turbo. Common secondary is the ht3b with a smaller housing. The secondary actually sucks the air in, forces it through the small turbo and from there to the intercooler. Sompe people also run external wastegates to bypass the small turbo once boost is built up. Mainly, just research it and go according to your application and need.
