I am preparing to buy twins, intercooler, injectors,clutch, and a fuel system upgrade for my truck, this will finish my performance for it.

I appreciate all the help TDR members, Thanks for all and any input. I just want to do this major spending only once and end up in the 500-600rwhp or maybe even more. Let me know what you have done to get to this power.

I like the banks techni-cooler okay. You have to use their intake because of bigger plumbing. Kinda expensive. Not worth it if you have the metal factory intercooler. I went with it because I was one of the lucky ones that got the intercooler with plastic tanks. Got stranded once and they replaced it with another plastic one, didn't want to risk getting stranded again.

I haven't done allot of bombing, I sold my 03 just before I was ready to go further and am happy at the moment with the 05's power vs the 03's CA SO with box and exhaust.



IMO. . and if I were to start in on my 05 I like the duration/timing products vs more pressure. I would test low side fuel pressures at WOT and 3000 rpm first before dumping money on fuel system mods. If pressures dropped to 1psi or less I would pull the OEM pump and add a Holley Blue for cost and simplicity.

Put in the location Scotty recommends and they are quiet from what I have read.



The ATS MST charger has my interest at the moment and I can't wait to see what happens with that when it comes out. Possibly that and a cam change for added air first before changing the intercooler. I came close to buying twins before selling the 03.



Noise will be my limiting factor because I am so spoiled with how quiet the 05 is vs the 03 I don't want to make changes that make more noise.
