Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Twin Turbo's on 12valve's

Does anyone remember what issue the college boy's, that have a shop in Black Mt. Ky. were trying to install a twin turbo to their 12valve? They said they would do a follow-up story on how it turned out. I don't remember seeing any other stories on this topic. If you know anything please let me know.
