Would a stock and a BD killer B turbo work together for a twin turbo setup? I was thinking of using BD's twin turbo piping kit. I would also install head studs. Also how much can the stock head gasket hold with head studs?

The Killer B is a 'tweener turbo, not as good as stock in a lot of aspects and not as good as a bigger single.

As the low pressure turbo its doesn't flow enough to really make a good second trubo in a set of twins.

In a word, No. The stocker and Killer B are too similar in size to work well in twins.

Some say the stock HG is good for 45ish psi, but that assumes a stock cam/turbo, IMHO. As soon as you change either of those the cylinder pressure goes up for the same amount of boost. Personally I did studs just to not have to think about it, and I only make 32-33 psi, but with a cam/turbo.

The "Killer" by itself, along with BD's manifold, would be another option. It was designed specifically for the 600/610 engine. It is supposed to be an exact replacement.
