Keep getting this code(low boost).

It is very sporatic, but always comes during low power situations. Some times it is a few days apart, others, a few hours apart.

I've checked the turbo solenoid, and it is connected.

Any suggestions??

need more info. the p0299 code ocurs on 06's when the turbo or first turbo on twins is to large i have never seen a 14 cm housing that would not throw the code. i am going to guess on this next part. the he351 used the solinoid as a boost elbow, the diaphragm is set to open at 20 psi no voltage 32 psi voltage applied. the solinoid has nothing to do with the code. p0299 code is a emission control alarm incase of intercooler crack or other leak. the ecm time averag the boost to other parameters. it also looks at the current going to the solinoid incase of solinoid failure. this throws a different code if it is unpluged. you need to use a 150 ohm two watt resistor to sub for the solinoid if you remove it. i know garret and some others mount the solinoid on there turbo's but it serves no purpose other than to keep from throwing the solenoid failure code and i think this is what you have. look up the 1st turbo size if it is any larger than 62 65 13 that is your problem.

your sig did have the information, guess i can not read. i am out of ideas. my base is mpg and low end torque for towing and not familiar with edge or stacking, hopefully some of the power boys will tune in. if you are driving down the road level ground at 65 mph. is the boost the same as before twins. it should be and should be around 8- 10 psi

i have two possibilities first make a cap and drill and tap a hole in the cap for a 1/4"pipe remove the intake hose and secure the cap to the turbo charger. i think i used a schedual 80 4" pvc cap and used hose and clamps to connect. next connect a regulated air supply to the fitting and set at 30pst. get a spray bottle and add johnsons baby bath soap to water and spray the fittings and innercooler if you do not find any leaks next see how the boost is reported to the ecm. like i say i am not familiar with edge but if you have anything hooked to the map sensor remove it and see if that fixed it. next change the map sensor out.
