anyone know of a good source for u-bolts need to go to 5/8 size. I just realized the ones that I have that came with my rcd lift are only 9/16

If your talking about something for leaf springs. find a local spring shop mine makes em right in shop and can make any diameter and length

I need to upgrade them I will likely be going with D poole's traction bars he makes and its a new saddle that goes under the axle to attach his bars I just need to stronger and longer u-bolts for this. I will check but with economy I dont know if I have a shop locally anymore. I found a couple places on line so far as well.

I upgraded mine to 5/8", grade 8 from Michigan Truck

truckspring.com

They were approx $100 including shipping to Alaska.

Very good folks to work with, and they were fast!!!!!!!!

The best spring shop I have everr dealt with is the one that Enterprise Engine Performance uses out in Ohio. I got my new u-bolts from them when they redid my rear spings to lift the back of my truck. I went to 3/4" diameter and extra long to fit my traction bars also. If I remember correctly I had less than $100 in the longer and larger diameter U-bolts which we used from them. Here is their number and address..... Andy
