U-Connect issues I think

I have the U-Connect 5.0 almost every 2 hours or less it goes dead, then reboots itself, sat radio, or anything it does it, I am looking for a owner fix if there is one, I hate to leave it at the dealer it its something simple, are others having this problem?

Check the Uconnect site for a software update, otherwise time for a new radio.

Thank you, I did check and after entering my VIN it said current no updates, so it looks like Dealer appointment time and a replacement
