U-Joint replacement

I just replaced the U-joints in my Dodge...

Question... Does anyone know the torque setting for the bolts at the rear end (This is a 1 piece drive shaft) and did Dodge use loctite (Blue?) on these four bolts?

85 ftlbs and the bolts do have a blue locker on them
