U10C Code

This code popped it's head up this afternoon! 165K on the clock. Actuator replacement time or wait to see if it clears itself after a few drive cycles? Trying to figure what my options are. Wish they had included the 2014's with the 2015's! If actuator, City Diesel thru Geno's would be route I'd go. Have Alfa for calibration but think you don't need for City's. Thanks for input on this matter.

Sometimes these procedures are not based on reality and could spin your wheels.

Maybe City Diesel has some additional paperwork to verify these actuators.

Sometimes these codes mask the real issue.

My 2016 just did this in July....only 36,000 miles. CEL came on with just the 10c code, ran okay and light went out after a day or two.....Few days later, Cel back on with the 10 C code and a few other turbo related codes.
Max care to the rescue.....

Drove this morning with no light. Had boost and EB working as should. Will get under and check connections and clean. Maybe gremlins, time will tell!

Was the actuator. All good now with City Diesel replacement from Genos took about 3 weeks. Not a fun job without garage, but doable!
