Uconnect Kit 82211879

Guys I bought the Uconnect kit 82211879 for my '09. I have the REC navigation radio and I had the dealer activate the Uconnect today. When I go on the owners site I see the REC, Uconnect and for some reason a 430N radio, but I hit the button on the Uconnect and there is nothing that happens. The wiring is super simple but I double checked it and all appears good with the wiring but still no Uconnect. I know they did the A/C but can I check that they programmed the computer? It took me three weeks to get in for an appointment and I still have no Uconnect. Do I have to do something to the REC radio by chance because it sees no Uconnect either?

Had dealer do the reconfiguration again today but still nothing. I am going to take it to the dealer I bought it from on Friday and see if they can figure it out. Has me baffled because the wiring is super simple.

I figured it out. They had a high speed 5 button controller in the kit and I needed the two button low speed controller. After swapping them out it works.

Only question left is the kit does not allow calling of POI's from the REC radio even though it is shows available, is this just the way the kit verses factory differ?
