Ultimate Chrysler engine application!!

Went to our car club's Christmas food drive last night. Saw a car I've never noticed around town at any events. It is an Aston Martin DB 5, in white, a beautiful car in it's own rite. It is a near perfect car. The hood was up, and I checked out the beautiful hand built manifolds, and the three Webber carbs. I noticed the engine was tilted to the passenger side, and the valve cover looked familiar. I went to the passenger side, and lo and behold, under the chrome valve cover lurked a Chrysler slant six ! The whole package was absolutely beautiful. The transmission is a 727 driving a DB5 axle. What a piece of art!

Sounds really cool. Way back when the earlier Lancer and Valiant models came out they had a HYPERPAK available from Mopar . It had some hot parts that made it do an under 14 sec 1/4 mile. It sure suprised a lot of muscle cars.
