Ultra low diesel

Do you have to burn only ultra low diesel in the new 2008 6. 7 trucks? What happens if you can not find it when you are out on the road? I am looking at a new 2008 6. 7.

I think being able to find NON ULSD is going to be more of a problem than finding ULSD these days. BTW, how's things back in the Tri-State? I grew up in Boonville, where "Lincoln Learned the Law" and the Philanderer in Chief told a "fish story" about his wife's trip to Bosnia (or was it Kosovo?) just last week.

Yes you do have to only burn ULSD, LSD could clog your DPF which is a very costly repair not covered by warranty... . Since all engines made on/after 1 Jan 07 have to use ULSD I dont think you will have an issue finding it, in fact its all I can find, and I want to run LSD.
