Unable to Renew Online

Tried to renew subscription online. Filled out the form and website apparently "forgot" I was a member and only offers the option to print out the form and call. Last time I renewed online without a problem. This time I have to print and call?!



Virtually everywhere else in the online world you can renew a subscription or purchase an item online using a credit card or Paypal.



What gives, folks?????

I had the same problem, Robin said it was some kind of glitch with the website they are getting resolved. Just call to give your payment information this time.

Here is what Robin sent me back in September

Bruce, we recently changed our software that handles online renewals to Go Daddy based on customer feedback that the old software was difficult to use. At this time, there is no “history” in Go Daddy, so simply go online to renew, but type your information back in. The log in function for www.tdr-online.com will not work for you this year, but it will work for you next year. This will not cause you to have a new account set up.

If this is still the case for this year's renewals maybe a note on the renewal page would be in order.

There was a problem with the SSL certificate renewal. We had renewed the certificate but Godaddy had an error when installing it for some reason. We learned of it on thursday, looked into it and contacted Godaddy and were assured it was being fixed and would be back up in 24-48 hours. They still had something wrong and we contacted them again today. It is now fixed and you should be able to get online and renew there.

I tried again and it worked so I'm good for another year. Thanks for the prompt response. I even got a message from TDR on my phone. TDR is #1 because it provides quality content and takes care of its customers!
