Under hood space

I haven't gotten a look under the hood of a 3G Diesel 2500 yet, but I understand the engine compartment is rather stuffed. Once I get my truck, I'd like to run a dual battery setup. Will there room under the hood for the extra battery or has Dodge not left us enough room for any aftermarket equipment such as batteries, air compressor, air tanks, winch, etc. ?

They come from the factory with dual batteries. There is some room on the passenger side to add aftermarket equipment.

i wonder what kind of room there will be for aftermarket goodies when you relocate the batteries to the rear of the truck under the body
