Went to use my turn signal Monday and they didn't work. Looked for the fuse when I got to work couldn't find it so called my buddy who is a Chrysler tech. He told me if the fuse was good, he thought it may be the fusebox itself. He said they had seen several that had gone bad and since I had just returned from the salt air of FL, he thought mine may be going. I jiggled the box and heard the flashers start to blink. Tuesday had the same problem, took the lid off of the box and have had the signals & flashers work all week. Anyone else had their underhood fusebox go bad? How difficult to replace? Keep in mind I'm mechanically and electrically challenged. I did however pull a Durmax towing a fifth wheel out of the sand in FL, though. :)

I've never had mine out but it seems to me that if you can wiggle the box and the flashers start working then all you need to fix is the loose connection. Disconnect the batteries before you remove the box.

The only thing that can really go bad is corroded connections. You can prevent that from progressing by using dielectric grease on all connections and exposed metal parts after cleaning them up one-by-one.
