unemployed nigerians finally collecting unemployment

Thanks to a hack into washington state unemployment, "unemployed" nigerians are now enjoying hundreds of millions of dollars of unemployment compensation paid for by washington state workers. Ive heard a couple of people on the radio wonder how a breach this size could go unnoticed unless it is an inside job. I wonder how many of those nigerians voted in the last wash state election.
