got it back from the dealer today. was hauled there last week for a dead lift pump. here's what they found:

solder joint in ecm fuse loose:

removed and replaced fuse in ecm:

checked on drb 3:

found 16 codes transfer pump not running:

found fuse in pdc with low voltage:

the tech stated it looked as though it had been hanging there by a thread and finally broke and shut the truck down.

so guess what,,no new lift pump,,showing 11psi @ idle. if you recall i stripped all the bombing essentials off before they got it. driving it home (bone stock) fp reads 6 psi just cruising at 70 mph. i will install my own pump. just need to figure out which one to get. my pmx3 is at tst getting upgraded to a pmx3 comp. (hey mark i got with draw symptons going on here). i not bashing anyone who prefers to run stock but i would be sick if i had to do it all the time,,especially towing! also i got the tsb 18-024-00 done for torque management.

If you decide to try a Mallory, you can get the 4150, and others, here at a decent price. I paid $186. 00 plus shipping for the 4150. I would add a pre filter for piece of mind.

For some reason that link is not going to the Mallory page, just do a product search to find same if interested.
