Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Update wont go over 85

I posted awhile back about my truck no being able to go over 85mph after installing a TST powermax 3. I got an email from TST saying they moved where the ground for the box is from the manifold to the black and tan wire in the injection pump wiring harness. Well I finally got around to moving the wire and the truck now goes over 85mph and the ECM reads the correct speed the whole time.
