Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) upgrade information

Does anyone know of a site where I can learn about the different upgrades that you can do to a CTD. I get some parts of it like injectors and somewhat understand the boxes but I'm lost on the different turbo options and housing sizes. I'm looking for something that can pull all of these together so that I can gain a basic understanding of how all these things work together. I'm sure that there are other things that I also need to consider.

Just keep searching and reading. I've probably read 10-20 posts to every one I've posted--and I'm still digging up more.

And don't hesitate to AXE a question. If it has been covered extensively, someone will point out a link or two.
