Like most I have gotten the bug and want more out of my '95. I am going through the whole truck axles, steering... to make sure everything is running in top shape. I will also be getting Gorand transmission in the next month or so. Now for the engine stuff. My list as it stands now is a

#10 plate,

4kGSK,

Dodgesilla turbo (34/40 hybred),

4" exhaust,

BHAF and gauges are already installed,

injectors of some kind I am leaning toward the 275's but would be willing to look at other inexpensive options. AFC ???. I also have to adjust the timing to 15. 5* and take care of a lot of oil leaks. So are there any recomendations or changes you would make? I want to get everything together so I can hopefully tackle this in a weekend when I can get a second set of hands to help.

I am looking to get somewhere in the 800TQ range and will use it primarily for light towing (5000-6000lb) and a little playing around.

How much will the 160HP pump hold me back, since I am not looking at replacing that anytime soon due to the cost.

First and foremost, I didn't see it in your list. You need to address the KDP. Get that taken care of then you're golden.

You've already got gauges and a good filter so that's a few steps in the right direction.

Just wondering, what transmission mods will be included with the one you've chosen?

The rest of your list is good as far as I can see.

If you want to adance your timing, you may want to o-ring the head just for safety sake.

As far as injectors go, someone else may chime in and let you know what's best for your application.

Delivery valves in the pump also , if your towing you may want to consider a exhaust brake , are you towing in mnts. hills ?
I'm looking at the alot of the same , there dosen't seem to be as many opp. for injectors for the 12v ,

I would lean toward a 3GSk versus a 4GSK, you'll have smoother operation and easier time with idle adjustments and so forth, and the 3K kit should give you plenty of usable RPM. 4GSK is better if you're really going for high performance.
